Fascinating piece, Wei Xiang.
I am currently watching a series called 'Rake'. It's about this Australian lawyer who defends cases involving questions of morality while himself leading a highly 'immoral' life.
One of the cases was in fact, quite interesting. The defendant was charged with cannibalism. He found a person (who had wanted to die, by the way). After the other guy OD'd on painkillers, the defendant ate his body.
Now, is it still cannibalism or is it merely suicide? A plethora of such fascinating questions emerge during trial.
Morality, I'd say, is tantalizing.
