Good article. I like your schedule of intermittent fasting.

However, I do wonder what how women cope with intermittent fasting.

As an example, I am not a breakfast person. I usually eat a very light breakfast (one toast and tea) at 9 am, and then exercise for 40 mins at 10. I don’t eat after I workout — don’t feel the need. Also, I don’t snack during the day.

I usually don’t experience hunger pangs even when I’m fasting.

But even then, I have observed that there are days when I am simply ravenous. Or I experience a headache if I don’t eat, but only on some days. During the later part of my luteal cycle, and sometimes during ovulation too.

On those days, I simply cannot undertake intermittent fasting.

I can’t help but feel that a lot of women are at the mercy of their bodies, on some days atleast which makes it difficult for us to undertake intermittent fasting in a sustainable way.
