One of the things that got me back to sanity and equanimity has been meditation. Deep breathing and affirmations pump oxygen into the brain like nothing else and that, in the long run, literally changes your brain.
Ofcourse, I handled that recent episode very well but I cried while reading your article because I feel for you, in the way that I feel for myself. Because I know what it is to be gaslighted for years. It takes a big hit on your confidence.
