I have been suffering from anxiety for some years now. I really like your take on anxiety because all of this is quite similar to what I have done. Basically, you’ve got to quieten your mind. Don’t give in to the chain of thoughts.

So, you learn to train your brain to let the anxious thoughts go by without interaction. Mindfulness really helps get through this. My mental chatter is reduced to almost minimum now. I feel quite ‘zen’ when it comes to anxious thoughts.

A perfect 10 on your strategy. Very human approach. It’s doable; just take patience.
