Meditation has never been more vital than in the present. No, not the coronavirus time — the general convenience based, anxiety driven, no-time-for-relationships time that we all live in.
I have been actively meditating for close to a year now. In a few months, I feel much calmer while going through a normal day. The ‘randomly questioning everything’ attitude has settled down, and I am finally able to find enjoyment in most activities, even daily chores.
Meditation is priceless in terms of bringing your existence in alignment with the Universe. You learn to not struggle for unnecessary things.
