Such a human poem.

For me, it was the movie, The Grey. Liam Neeson keeps having visions of his wife, saying, over and over, Don't Be Afraid.

It's true that we don't sit with our fears and anxieties but rather dismiss them or focus on not admitting them. But they exist - like neglected, unhappy children - and they gather inside our veins, blocking our vision, energies, and growth.

Thank you for sharing. I feel like therapy not only helps the one taking it but also all those who come in contact with them. The kind of ripple effect this world needs.
