Though during the quarantine, talking about sharing the load is tolerated / encouraged in male conversations. But I believe this domestication is perceived by them as an unnatural, limited time activated reserved only for exigent circumstance, like these days.

Maybe its made them realise that house keeping is hard work, both mentally and physically, but I bet they’re going back to being their real selves once all this is over. And we go back to our kitchen boards, and soaking lentils before we sleep.
